What are we looking for
We are looking for experienced, reliable, and loyal Housekeeper to join our team. Ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, be service-oriented, and possess strong organizational abilities. The primary focus will be on property cleaning and laundry care for our clients.
Your Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest areas and villa premises, including laundry
- Respond promptly to guest requests
- Manage and restock inventory as needed
- Follow departmental policies and adhere to all safety and sanitation policies
- Maintain and safeguard equipment, making sure there are no inadequacies
- Report any damages or deficiencies to superiors
- Handle client information professionally and confidentially
- Be willing to assist in other housekeeping department areas, including the main office
- Communicate effectively with colleagues for daily coordination
- Collaborate with the chefs as necessary for housekeeping support
You are/have
- Excellent Housekeeping skills. Experience at a 4- or 5-star hotel or taking care of a private/personal Villa for Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI) preferred
- Ideally skilled in laundry practices, including textile and fabric care
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- High sense of responsibility and reliability
- Self-motivated with the ability to maintain excellence with minimal supervision
- Customer-oriented with a friendly approach
- Good oral English and/or German language skills
- Valid driver's license required
- Must have: Eligibility to work in Switzerland
